A "web platform" I have been working on for a couple of years, inspired by Domain Driven Design, Data Mesh, Event Sourcing, Web 3.0 etc. With it I can rapidly design and deploy full stack applications in a decentralized on-premise cloud-like environment with lots of useful services such as a blob store, message bus, automatic backup, integrated AI-agents etc. I'm not entirely sure where I'm heading with it but its very nice to work on. Its like that boat Gibbs have in his cellar.
